Los Angeles – With millions of Americans returning home after Christmas, Monday is expected to be another busy travel day at airports across the country.
A busy day of travel combined with the remaining problems from a major winter storm could be a recipe for disaster. I was hoping to catch a new flight.

The FAA reported that New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Detroit and Minneapolis were expected to experience the worst delays, with Southwest being the hardest hit of all airlines.
Those unable to return home for Christmas have been forced to cancel or rethink their vacation plans, and thousands are now struggling to find an easy route home.
Laura Alvarez told FOX 11 that her flight back to Michigan was canceled and she’s been on the phone with a customer support agent for nearly two hours.
