Alameda County, California — The San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday four new murder charges against alleged serial shooter Wesley Brownlee, including a new case in Alameda County.
Brownlee is charged with the murder of Juan Alexander Vazquez outside Alameda County and with new Alameda County victim Marvin Harmon. Additionally, the DA is indicting Wesley for the murders of Paul Yeo and Salvador Debdi Jr., and attempted murder of Natasha Latour, all outside San Joaquin County.

Although the Harmon case is new, Wesley had previously been accused of four other crimes, but had not been charged.
The DA’s office has yet to comment specifically on the new charges, but district attorney Tori Verber Salazar promised “justice for these victims.”

Brownlee was arrested in October on suspicion of shooting six people. He has already been charged with the deaths of Jonathan Rodriguez, 21, Juan Carlos Carranza Cruz, 52, and Lawrence Lopez, 54.
Victim Latour is the only known survivor of the serial shootings.
