1 April 20th Edition: Waterbury Brass Mill Center Commons Sale: According to city property records, the Brass Mill Center and the Brass Mill Commons are two properties in the city’s retail hub that together Sold for $45 million. The new owner, Brass Mill Center Realty, has ties to New York-based Cohan Retail Investment Group. Cohan Retail Investment Group has a track record of buying and operating distressed shopping malls.
