Tate’s attorney, Eugen Constantin Bidinak, reportedly told reporters in reaction to the court’s decision:
Tate and his three partners have reportedly been under criminal investigation since April for alleged involvement in a human trafficking scheme in which at least six women were sexually exploited.

A report on Friday said Tate’s new social media presence on Twitter may have led to his own arrest.
