Pasadena Mayor to Travel Down 134th Rose Parade Route Accompanied by Family and Friends – Pasadena Now

Mayor Victor M. Gord, along with family and close friends, travels down the route of the 134th Rose Parade in a 1907 Autocar bus.

The family includes Mayor Gord’s wife, Kelly. son, Michael. daughter, Emma. Father, Juan. and his stepmother, Ofelia. Juan Gordo worked at Ranchero, a beloved Mexican restaurant in Pasadena, where he worked for nearly 50 years, and retired in 2018, the same year the restaurant closed.

Longtime close friends and enthusiastic community members Doug and Susan Clanwinkle will also be riding with the Mayor. Doug Kranwinkle served as General Counsel to Univision and served on the Board of Directors of Rose Bowl Operating Company for several years. Most recently, John Muir High School’s football team helped family members attend his CIF Championship Game in Modesto, California, and cheer on student-athletes.

Mayor Gord also invited his good friend and very famous actor/restaurant Danny Trejo. Trejo has appeared in movies such as Desperado.
