States of Emergency and travel bans still in effect

Hammond, New York (WWNY) – The situation in St. Lawrence County is worse than in Jefferson County. The director of emergency services, he spoke to Matt Denner, and he has a lot of information about stranded drivers, warming centers, road closures, and more.
